A rectangle of grid cells, selected by column and row ranges. Coordinates are 0-based from the top-left of the scope the rect is used in.
Built by giving both axes, in either order. See SpanBounds for the accepted range forms.

Rect::rows(1..=2).cols(..4); // the same rect, axes given in the other order
Rect::cols(4..).rows(..); // column 4 to the right edge, all rows
Rect::cell(6, 2); // single cell, shorthand for cols(6).rows(2)Unbounded ends resolve against the enclosing scope, so the same rect means “to the edge” inside a subgrid too.
